This is an invitation to feel more connected to yourself and your community. 

I believe a more fulfilling life can emerge from tending to our internal environment and understanding the barriers, patterns, and factors that have contributed to this disconnect.

My therapy style is conversational, open, energetic, and warm, while also gently challenging. I use a strengths-based, empowerment approach with my clients.

As a certified yoga teacher, the mind-body connection greatly influences my approach and it is an option to bring into our work together should you so choose.
